InvestSA Gauteng One Stop Shop – Tshwane

The Northern Development Corridor is a strategic growth hub within the City of Tshwane. The automotive sector, research and development, innovation and knowledge-based economy are the key elements driving the corridor’s economy, positioning it as a powerful catalyst for sustainable development.

The City of Tshwane is positioning itself as an investment destination of choice, with decisive steps being taken to streamline processes and support business growth. This strategic intent is underpinned by Tshwane’s extensive metropolitan area, which encompasses Atteridgeville, Bronkhorstspruit, Centurion, Cullinan, Ga-Rankuwa, Garsfontein, Hammanskraal, Irene, Mabopane, Mamelodi, Pretoria, Pretoria North, Rayton, Refilwe, Roodeplaat, Soshanguve, and Winterveldt. The vast geographic footprint provides the scale and diversity needed to attract and sustain a wide range of economic activity.

The InvestSA Gauteng One Stop Shop Tshwane satellite office is designed to assist investors, streamline processes, and reduce bureaucracy when they wish to establish their businesses. This development has been made possible through a partnership among the Tshwane Economic Development Agency (TEDA), the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency (GGDA), and the Department of Trade, Industry, and Competition (the dtic).

Located at the TEDA Centurion head office, the satellite One Stop Shop will improve the city’s economic growth and create new job opportunities for its residents, along with making the process of doing business in the city easier and cheaper. The satellite shop demonstrates the importance to the City of Tshwane, and to TEDA in particular, of promoting and facilitating trade and investment in the city, as well as growing the local economy and creating jobs.

The One Stop Satellite Shop will serve as a foundation of the city’s broader strategy to stimulate economic activity and foster a more prosperous future for its residents by bringing services closer to the businesses operating in the city and improving the services and support offered to the business community operating in Gauteng’s northern region.
